To help introduce Pleasant Valley Country Club to potential new members, we are offering you a 30-DAY FREE
MEMBERSHIP. All you need to do is have an existing member sponsor you. We are looking forward to having
you and your familt\y come join in the fun! We are then hopeful that you will consider joining our club on a permanent
basis. The course is in absolutely great shape. We invite you to click on the "Calendar/Event Results" button above

entertainment schedule.

GUIDELINES FOR THIS PROGRAM:
• Prospective Members will not be charged green fees, and they need not be accompanied by a member to
play golf, but they MUST take a cart at normal, non-stockholder rates.
• They MUST make tee-times. Tee time preference will be given to regular members.
• Guest Members without a current GHIN handicap may not play in Club Events but are welcome (and encouraged)
to play in SWATS.
• Prospective Members will not be issued charge account privileges, and thus must operate on a “cash only” basis.
• This promotional giveaway may be offered by ANY Member (Senior, Clergy, Expo, Regular, Social, etc.) to
ANYONE who would qualify to join the Club as an Expo Member. (This is just about anyone who has not recently
resigned.)
• Members are encouraged to offer as many of these “Freebees” as they see fit. But we ask that you keep in mind
that the purpose of this promotion is to gain new members.
• Prospective Members MUST Attend a Special New Member Orientation Meeting to discuss the activation of
their membership on Thursday, April 15th at 7PM.

All golfing classifications must purchase stock - $1,000.
Classifications marked with an * or an ** - not required to purchase stock.
All classifications must meet a monthly minimum charge of $70 (Food and Bar charges only)
neither tax nor gratuities apply to the minimum charge.
All classifications (Junior Golf category is exempt) must meet a monthly long range fee:
Golfing Members...................$35
All other Memberships..........$30
All classifications will be charged a monthly Entertainment Fee of $2 per month. For the balance of 2010, we have
an Interim Membership available for $100 per month. Interim Members pay $500 up front with their application, and
$100 per month toward dues until the rest of the year is paid off. Monthly $70 Food and Bar minimums, $35 Long
Range Fee & $2 Entertainment Fees Apply. Interim Members renew January 1, 2011 at $1,550 per year dues, then
renew on January 1, 2012 at $1,900 per year dues, and at full rate on January 1, 2013. Example: Join June 1, 2010 -
Pay $500 with application and $100 with July 1st Bill and $100 with August 1st Bill, then from September thru
December pay just the spending minimum + $37/month. Golfers must also pay GHIN fees and cart costs. Must ride
carts on the Weekends, Holidays and Club Events.
